1. Order Placement and Verification

Upon submitting your checkout details, a formatted WhatsApp message will be prepared with your order details. Your order is not legally binding until confirmed by our customer representative.

2. Cash on Delivery (COD) Terms

To prevent false orders, customers selecting Cash on Delivery (COD) are required to pay the delivery charge in advance (৳120 inside Dhaka / ৳150 outside Dhaka) via bKash or Nagad. Our support agent will guide you on how to make this payment before dispatch.

3. Replacement Policy

In the rare event that a miniature model arrives damaged, we offer free replacements. Collectors must verify the box contents and report any structural damage with photo evidence within 24 hours of delivery.
